Ramen is a Japanese soul food.

Aldente noodles in a piping hot broth topped with all kinds of deliciousness. We serve tonkotsu pork ramen, tori-gara chicken ramen, spicy tan tan sesame ramen and vegan ramen, inspired by Ts tan tan from Tokyo. After successful stints in both Barcelona and London, Covid lockdowns necesitated a move to our new home in Stroud. We're glad we came!
