The Redshank has been cooking up a seafood storm around the local area from our catering trailer ever since we began way back in October 2018 in the Highland’s capital of Inverness.
We have a strong focus on a ‘street food’ approach to freshly cooked, sustainable, locally sourced fish, seafood and produce.
Were a family run business, with an energetic team that are always looking to move with the times and do something different and away from the norm.
