Smillie's Coffee Bar opened in July 2024.

We exclusively use local suppliers, bakers and makers for our entire range of homemade cakes, gelato, toasties and soup as well as weekly savory specials. Our coffee beans are roasted in the Scottish Borders and used in all of our specialty, hand crafted drinks.

Smillie's is dog friendly and only a couple of minutes walk from Bitts Park, so is the prefect spot to stop off for a refreshment (and a dog treat!) after your walk. We're proud to provide a nice, chilled atmosphere in the city centre."
