The story begins in 2019, when Emiliano and Umberto, fueled by a shared dream, embarked on a mission to bring a slice of Sicily to Cambridge shire.

Inspired by Family, Guided by Passion:

Emiliano and Umberto knew the secret ingredient to culinary excellence: family. Their vision resonated with their loved ones, leading Umberto’s mother-in-law, a maestro of traditional recipes, to take the helm as Head Chef. Her husband Antonino, a seasoned pizzaiolo with experience across the globe, joined forces as Head Pizzaiola. Even Emiliano and Umberto’s wives stepped in, transforming Al Pomodoro into a true family haven.
