The menu changes daily because Northern Soul Kitchen is a food waste café meaning the food used to create these delicious lunches would have otherwise headed to landfill. 
 
Food is saved from local supermarkets most evenings and the team then cook and utilise these ingredients to create a menu with options for all. 
 
You then pay whatever you like for your meal - just simply make a donation using a sealed envelope or cards are accept too.
